Notes & cautions
- This chassis (Buick Rainier, 2004-2007) spans the GM Passlock era — uses resistor pellet (not transponder chip). Rainier uses GM GMT360 platform shared with Chevrolet Trailblazer, GMC Envoy, Oldsmobile Bravada 3. On-board 30-minute relearn with stable 12V+ is standard.
- AKL via on-board cycle works — Passlock has no "all keys lost" lockout. No special tool needed if 30+ min available.
