Notes & cautions
- This chassis (Pontiac Aztek, 2001-2005) spans the GM Passlock era — uses resistor pellet (not transponder chip). Aztek shares GM U-body platform with Buick Rendezvous. On-board 30-minute relearn cycle with stable 12V+ is standard. NO PIN required for Passlock learn.
- AKL via on-board cycle works — Passlock has no "all keys lost" lockout. No special tool needed if 30+ min available.
