Notes & cautions
- This chassis (Saturn Relay 2005-2007) spans GM Passlock → PK3+ transition era on GM U-body minivan platform. Verify chip before ordering blanks: pre-2006 typically Passlock pellet, 2006+ often PK3+ chip. Passlock = on-board 30-min relearn (no PIN). PK3+ = NASTF/dealer/AllData PIN required.
- AKL via on-board cycle works — Passlock has no "all keys lost" lockout. No special tool needed if 30+ min available.
