Notes & cautions
- This chassis spans two distinct fob types: KBRTS005 (2007-2009, SZ11R blade, standard remote) supports on-board key learning; KBRTS003 (2007-2013, SUZ20 blade, smart key) requires OBD programmer. Confirm which fob before quoting job.
- KBRTS005 and KBRTS003 are NOT interchangeable — different PN, blade, and programming method. Do not order KBRTS003 blanks for a KBRTS005 vehicle or vice versa.
- AKL erases ALL programmed keys. Bring min 2 new blanks. KBRTS003 (smart, 2007-2013, SUZ20 blade): bring min 2 smart key blanks (PCF7941AT). KBRTS005 (standard, 2007-2009, SZ11R blade): bring min 2 standard key blanks (ID46 PCF7936).
- Confirm which variant before starting AKL — wrong key blank ordered for wrong KBRTS type will leave the customer without any working key.
