Notes & cautions
- Suzuki XL-7 2nd gen is a GM Theta platform — uses GM PK3+ ID46 Circle+ (PCF7941AT) IMMO identical to Chevrolet Equinox 1 (2005-2009). This chassis is NOT Suzuki-native IMMO: spans GM Theta architecture, same platform as Chevrolet Equinox. NASTF 4-digit PIN required: obtain via nastf.org VSP portal (~$1/VIN).
- B111 blade (GM Z-keyway). Do NOT use Suzuki-native KBRTS key blanks — this vehicle is 100% GM hardware. Key blank is OUC60270 fob body with B111 ignition key (PCF7941AT chip).
- Suzuki XL-7 2nd gen is GM Theta PK3+ — AKL erases ALL existing programmed keys. Bring minimum 2 new OUC60270 fobs (B111 blade, PCF7941AT). NASTF 4-digit PIN required.
- AKL on GM PK3+ is rare and not all tools expose it. Confirm 'All Keys Lost' mode is available before starting — some tools only offer Add Key for this platform.
