Notes & cautions
- This chassis Toyota Sienna uses Texas pre-G transponder (4D68 / ID74 family, 2011-2020). 4D68/ID74 covered by Autel KM100 and Lonsdor K518 USA via the older "Toyota/Lexus → Older Texas" menu path. No XP400 PRO bench, no APB112 simulator needed for OBD enrolment.
- Smart proximity key: ensure existing key fob battery is functional before starting.
- Verify chip before booking: H-chip vs G-chip vs 4A AES generations share a fob shell but use different cryptosystems — confirm transponder ID from a working key with Lonsdor K518 reader before quoting.
- Tool kit context: most aftermarket flows use Autel IMKPA accessory or Lonsdor LKE Smart Key Emulator for cloud seed-code; Autel APB112 simulator and Autel G-Box bench EEPROM are NOT required for OBD-only add-key on this Toyota family. XP400 PRO only needed for damaged ECU EEPROM dump fallback.
- All existing keys erased. Bring ALL replacement keys before starting — minimum 2.
- No manual AKL for Toyota Sienna ID74/4D68 smart key — professional tool mandatory.
