- This chassis Toyota GR Supra (2020-2026) is the BMW G29 Z4 platform under a Toyota body — HITAG-PRO ID49 (PCF7953V) with BMW FEM/CAS4+ immobilizer. Aftermarket flow requires Autel G-Box bench EEPROM dump + Xhorse VVDI Mini Prog or Lonsdor BMW Adapter for ISN extraction. Not the standard Toyota OBD path.
- Smart proximity key: ensure existing key fob battery is functional before starting.
- Verify chip before booking: H-chip vs G-chip vs 4A AES generations share a fob shell but use different cryptosystems — confirm transponder ID from a working key with Lonsdor K518 reader before quoting.
- BMW-platform tool kit: Autel G-Box bench EEPROM is mandatory for FEM/CAS4+ ISN extraction. Xhorse VVDI Mini Prog handles BMW EWS/CAS bench. APB112 simulator + LKE Smart Key Emulator NOT applicable — this is not a Toyota OBD flow. XP400 PRO useful for backup EEPROM dump.
- All existing keys erased. Bring ALL replacement keys before starting — minimum 2.
- No manual AKL for Toyota GR Supra ID49 BMW smart key — professional tool mandatory.
