Notes & cautions
- This chassis Hyundai Venue (2020-2026) ships with a non-transponder flip remote — the blade alone starts the vehicle (mechanical immobilizer bypass or no IMMO at all on this trim). No chip programming required; remote functions programmed via in-vehicle key dance sequence.
- Key fob/remote: ensure existing battery is functional before starting.
- Tool kit context: Lonsdor K518 USA + Smartra adapter can reprogram the remote-function radio on Venue via Hyundai/Kia → Remote-only menu. Autel IM608 Pro II + IMKPA also supported. APB112 simulator, G-Box bench, XP400 PRO, LKE Smart Key Emulator NOT applicable for non-transponder.
- Hyundai Venue ships with non-transponder flip remote — no chip-level AKL required; new remote learned via in-vehicle key sequence. AKL applies only to remote-function lock if customer wants to invalidate lost remotes.
- Bring ALL replacement remotes before starting in-vehicle programming sequence.
